Major component
HJZ-RW-1500W robot fiber laser welding machine is mainly composed of laser power supply, laser source, laser indication part, light guide and focusing system, operating system, coaxial welding gas system, control system, 6-axis manipulator.

(2) Laser indication positioning and focusing system
The red light is used as the coaxial indicator source, which is used as the adjustment reference of the optical system and the indicator positioning of the operating point. Using Zhibo-Tech's welding head, the focusing mirror tube is equipped with a movable air nozzle, and the coaxial air blowing welding is used to ensure the welding quality.
(3) The operation and control system adopts special software to control the operation of the manipulator.

The swing welding head HJZ26AS is a "drive control touch display" integrated design of high-power laser swing welding head, highly integrated drive, control, touch screen, display screen, observation camera and high-power optical scanning components, can directly control the swing head and laser, support external IO trigger start, support customer remote interface secondary development. It can be widely used in high-end processing fields such as laser welding, laser quenching and laser cladding in platform automation or robot automation scenarios.

Six axis robot system: QJR15-1700


The QJR15-1700 robot is a highly efficient robot specifically designed for the field of welding. It has six axis and is driven by AC servo, shortening the welding cycle time with the fastest action speed. The robot cable is embedded inside the robotic arm and base, saving space and achieving high-density configuration, easily avoiding interference between fixtures and workpieces. The arm moves freely, stably, and has high precision in repeated positioning, making it easy to coordinate with welding power sources, welding heads, wire feeding mechanisms, and displacement machines. The QJR15-1700 robot has a movement radius of 1550mm, a maximum load capacity of 12kg, and a repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm. It adopts a hollow wrist structure, which can effectively ensure high-quality welding processes.
